Slightly dry and rich, with a robust flavor that is relaxing to the palate.
It has a nice fresh flavor, but when it is heated up, the acidity is clear and gentle.
I enjoyed it alternately cold and warmed.
It was the first time I heard of this drink.

A refreshing sake with a gaseous feel that is typical of unfiltered, directly brewed sake.
It is rare to find a sake made with Watafune Rokugo.
It is a fresh yet sweet sake with a sour taste in the second half.
It has a rather modern taste, and it might have been better to drink it in the beginning.
I would like to drink this sake again.
If I see it at a liquor store, I will buy it immediately.
Last Saturday was MAJ's farewell party: 6 of us, MAJ, Haruei Chichi, Rika, her subordinate, Boss, and myself. We had a great time. I forgot to take a group photo... I left all the reviews of the day to my seniors lol. (After all, I can't do outside drinking reviews...)

Classic sweet aroma. From the first, you feel an unexpectedly mellow and crisp acidity. It has a strong sense of sweetness and flavor of rice. It is classic, but also juicy and mysterious, which is very popular these days.

Despite the 70% rice polishing ratio, the fresh aroma has a hint of ginjo.
In the mouth, after the sweet and sourness of the clean, unpasteurized sake passes, a lingering taste of umami lingers on the tongue. Delicious.
This sake brewery is located in the Tokaido Shukubamachi area. This sake is dry, but it is even richer than that, and we enjoyed it slowly and deliciously.
