Actually, this is the second type of sake I ordered today, the first was called "Orikagarami Hiran" on the store's bulletin board, but I couldn't find any orikagarami at all😅I checked and it seems that if it is unfiltered raw sake, it is orikagarami, which is a type I had already encountered but with different alcohol content, so I just had to update the information 😃.
The aroma is subdued, the acidity and bitterness are well balanced, and the sake is clean, crisp, and slightly dry 😋.
Yeast isolated from cosmos... but I can't really tell the difference since I don't even remember the aroma of cosmos😅

I found this sake in Saku, Nagano.
It was only 200ml, but I bought it immediately because it had the matured color I like.
The taste is as you would expect, but the sweetness is a perfect match.
I thought this could definitely go well warmed up, and it is still delicious!
The flavor and sweetness seemed to increase dramatically by warming it up. The rich flavor was like licking honey.

100% Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture is used. Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 16%. A local sake from Saku, Shinshu. You can taste the deliciousness and sweetness of rice. The refreshing acidity makes it a refreshing drink. We paired it with a Saku chanko-nabe (a hot-pot dish cooked in a pot) that we received as part of our hometown tax payment.
