Weekend visit to a liquor store.
I decided to buy a sake from Nagano Prefecture that I had never had before.
When I narrowed down my choices to "Sawanohana" and "Miyamazakura", I realized that they are from the same brewery as Beaumichel. 🤔
Okay, I've decided to go with the first one, Miyamazakura! Decided to go with my first "Miyamazakura"...
I went straight home for the first time in a while, but ended up teleworking and realized it was 9pm. 😱.
I hadn't had a drink over the weekend, so I opened a bottle of sake to recharge my batteries.
The aroma is slightly fruity? 🤔.
It has a surprisingly strong alcoholic taste, and the bitterness and astringent taste is very strong.
I like sweet and tasty, but I'm not sure about the taste. 💦.
But as it cooled down, I could taste the umami and it was delicious 😋😋.
The second day, it became even easier to drink and was delicious, but I think it would have been even better if the alu flavor was a little more mature 🤔. 🤔
It's fun to meet new people 😆👍
Hi MAJ, ☀️
I'm interested in this sake because I enjoy the brand name 🎶I'm sure it's fun to explore new places! I'm sure it's fun to find different brands in different places 😆💕.
Good evening, MAJ 😃
Oh ❗️ wah wah wah wah 🎵 😊.
We also had Hitogokochi Junmai Daiginjo Kasumishu at the Shinshu Sake Festival 😋😋The taste is very different even if they are the same Wawa 🤗.
Good evening, Rafa papa! I'm a fan of sake shops 😄.
I always go to liquor stores because I'm looking forward to discovering new things, but when I find a brand I like, I always end up buying it. 🤣I heard about it from Grasshopper too! I'm looking forward to it 😆👍
Good evening, Pon! I've been looking for a new brand since I moved to Tokyo 😄.
Since I moved to Tokyo, I have seen more and more brands, but my refrigerator capacity and consumption has not caught up with them. 🤣
Good evening, Jay & Nobby! 😄
The Jun Dai Kasumi sake looks sweet and tasty 😋 It's fun to encounter different flavors even though it's the same brand 😆👍.
Good evening, Haruei Chichi! 😄
Telework is no good for me because I don't care about time anymore! 💦I still think it's best to work at the office. And when I get home, I want to drink without hesitation 😆👍.
100% Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture is used. Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 16%. A local sake from Saku, Shinshu. You can taste the deliciousness and sweetness of rice. The refreshing acidity makes it a refreshing drink. We paired it with a Saku chanko-nabe (a hot-pot dish cooked in a pot) that we received as part of our hometown tax payment.

It has a pellucid minerality reminiscent of the rock water of Karuizawa, the land of the mountain bushes and clear waters, and an aroma reminiscent of the dewdrops of the Karuizawa birch pine forest. Please enjoy its fine, smooth, mouth-filling taste and high fruity aroma with a hint of subtle sweetness.

I think it was a slightly yellow image.
It is dry and refreshing on the palate.
You can feel the aroma of the rice, and it seems to go well with seafood.
It has the feeling of so-called sake, but it has a little bit of alcohol and amino acid like mirin.
I opened a bottle that I had bought in the Saku's 12-gura drinking contest.
It's easy to drink because it has an Alc15 content, but it has a fruity aroma that comes through the nose and a delicious flavor.
I went to Nagano, so I bought some local sake.
It has a classic taste, with a little sourness at the end.
It's not easy to drink, but it's good to drink with squid or something.
