Today I opened a small 300ml bottle🎶. The first time I drank sake from a sake brewery 齧 Apart from Akatake I haven't drunk most of the other sake breweries😅. The aroma of rice greets you when you open the bottle 😆. The taste is also rich with the flavor of the rice. A solid dry taste😁. The alcohol is strong and robust. A little tingling sensation when it goes down your throat😅. No fruity or glamorous It is the embodiment of the old fashioned sake 😠 It's a little hard to drink on its own for me. It's a coastal brewery. I think it would be good with sashimi or foods that go well with soy sauce I wonder if it would be good with sashimi or foods that go well with soy sauce? 🤔

At the destination of business trip, it is Fukurai from Raifuku. I heard that it is a sake of Kuji city, and I drink it for the first time. When you drink it, you feel a sense of maturity. The sweetness and sourness are not so strong. It is dry and light. The aroma is mild for a Junmai Daiginjo. It tastes like a sake. It is the same as Akatake Newborn. Gin Ginga is used for this sake, but The taste is completely different. ☆2
