New Year vacations
Souvenir #3
The day I came back from my parents' house
The Tohoku Highway was closed due to snow.
I took the Sanriku Highway because it was free.
So, I bought this at a roadside station in Kuji City.
Almost no aroma.
It has a slightly peculiar sour taste on the palate.
But the basic taste is light.
The basic taste is light.
I don't know if it's sweetness or richness...
And then
Then, the alcoholic taste
It goes down your throat at once.
In a sense, it is light and dry❗️.
I'm not sure what to say.
But it is good when paired with a meal.
If you pair it with sashimi
It's a great drink for sashimi.
That's what I call a port town drink 😉.
Hello Manachie* I wonder if it's another version of Raifuku, I wondered why it's Ibaraki sake in Kuji, so I did a double-take and realized it's Fukurai* I'd like to taste it with sashimi*.
Hello, Comrade Manachie😃.
This is a local sake from Kitasanriku, where Ama-chan was filmed.
It was a long time ago that I drank it so I don't remember 💦.
Hello😃.
So you went to that roadside station where it's hard to park... lol
Fukuroi, or rather the breweries on the Iwate coast, tend to be like that, very solid😅.
etorannzyu, yes, it's very hard to park 🤣.
And the location is kind of tricky too 😂.
If you want to pair it with oysters, sea squirts, scallops, abalone, sea urchin, etc., you'll want to go with something like this rather than a light sweet sake😋.
Yukachin-san, all of your souvenirs are challenging so I'll try to get two more 🤣.
After all, the simple style of eating sashimi and drinking sake is the most blissful 😍.
Good evening, Manachie-san!
So Kuji City is a location for Ama-chan😲I don't get a chance to visit Iwate Prefecture very often, but I'd like to visit Steller's sea otter (Todogasaki) once! ♪
Good evening, Sheri~!
Ama-chan is in Kuji 😋 I think she dives in the ocean there 😆.
The Sanriku highway doesn't go through Stordegasaki 😂.
The Sanriku road doesn't go through Steller's sea lion 😂 it sticks out like a sore thumb 🤣
Good evening, Mana Challenger!
Dry Danrei's finest is alcoholic water✨.
Mini-bottles and one-cups are going on, but you're also drinking something behind the scenes, right? 😎
Today I opened a small 300ml bottle🎶.
The first time I drank sake from a sake brewery 齧
Apart from Akatake I haven't drunk most of the other sake breweries😅.
The aroma of rice greets you when you open the bottle 😆.
The taste is also rich with the flavor of the rice.
A solid dry taste😁.
The alcohol is strong and robust.
A little tingling sensation when it goes down your throat😅.
No fruity or glamorous
It is the embodiment of the old fashioned sake 😠
It's a little hard to drink on its own for me.
It's a coastal brewery.
I think it would be good with sashimi or foods that go well with soy sauce
I wonder if it would be good with sashimi or foods that go well with soy sauce? 🤔
A205X253 Hi😃.
It's more famous than Raifuku in Ibaraki😅.
I have a house at the top of a hill, so if the weather is good, the view is great🎶.
But there is nothing to block the western sun, so in the afternoon... 💦

It is said to be called "fukurai", but I read it as "fukure".
As the shop owner said, it's very peculiar.
It has a nutty flavor and a richness after a strong taste.
At worst, it is twisted, but strangely delicious sweet taste.
It's OK for old time drinkers, but it's hard for modern drinkers.
I heard that people in Kuji drink this sweet sake with sea squirt. Jeez...
Unfortunately, I didn't feel like it on this day.
At Southern Bistro Unmenosu
At the destination of business trip, it is Fukurai from Raifuku.
I heard that it is a sake of Kuji city, and I drink it for the first time.
When you drink it, you feel a sense of maturity.
The sweetness and sourness are not so strong.
It is dry and light.
The aroma is mild for a Junmai Daiginjo.
It tastes like a sake.
It is the same as Akatake Newborn.
Gin Ginga is used for this sake, but
The taste is completely different.

Good morning, Haruei Chichi.
I see you have drunk Fukuroi.
I thought it was like the back label of Raifuku.
It was totally different, including the taste lol.
