The unique name and creative bottle label caught my eye, and I was attracted by the words "small production" on the POP (although I was actually looking for a different sake). The name was given because all the brewers have glasses (^_^...).
It is a 14% alcohol by volume sake with a fresh aroma and a sweet and sour aftertaste, just like apple wine or white wine. I drank it chilled and it is very tasty!
