It was the first time I had this wine in 4 years. The last time I had this sake, I had an image that it was hard and acidic, but this time it was gorgeous and soft. It is a good sake on its own, but it also works well as an in-between-dinner drink.

As a glasses person, I bought them. I had high expectations because my past glasses have been delicious. Yup! Delicious! It has a nice gassy feeling, gentle sweetness and sourness! It's as clear as my vision when I put on my glasses! I don't have presbyopia! I just have trouble seeing small letters up close!

Happy 10th Anniversary! Thanks again for the eyeglass wipes this year! It is a unique sake with a strong acidity on the palate. The more you drink it, the more addictive it becomes. I would like to try other sake breweries, but they are too far away.

3.8 ★★★☆☆☆ I see. This sake has a high acidity level. It has a good flavor, so you can drink it, but it's really quite sour. Since 1001 is glasses day, they had a special collaboration for glasses, so I bought 3 kinds. It's like No. 6 without the sweetness. LOL!

Glasses sake made by a brewer who wears glasses. I meditate on one eye to test my eyesight 😅. I have glasses too 👓 so I had to drink it anyway. It's refreshing and tasty with an apple-like sourness.
