It is a mellow sake. The best parts of the rice have been brought out. It is not too sweet, so you can drink it while it lasts. As it gets to room temperature, the richness and rice flavor increases. I preferred it at room temperature.

Good full umami flavor with a tangy finish.
Drank it as a 飲み比べ with Emishiki Masterpiece A 阿. In my opinion, Masterpiece A 阿 matched well with marinated (olive oil and vinegar and lemon juice) smoked salmon & onions but Masterpiece Un 吽 matched better with the sukiyaki.
We get the slightly more expensive ones from Laughing Four Seasons.
Complex taste. I felt the base was heavy. The sweetness and umami spread out and you can enjoy the long aftertaste.
I think it is better to let it sit for a bit before drinking.
Recently, I have been leaning toward sweet and heavy wines.

This is one of the best bottles.
Actually, it was my wife's birthday on this day, so we got a little bit excited ❗️and we also got Kimoto Glass's "es Edo Kiriko (flower)" to go with this sake ❗️.
I immediately opened the bottle...a mass of sizzling flavor tickles my nostrils...(^^) Then I took a sip...it's dark, sweet and very tasty like "Shiki"...but I honestly can't tell the difference. But it's delicious...so I heated it up! It was delicious!
