A little heavy
Compared to Senmaida and Shirakiku's Wajima Monogatari, it has a more robust flavor that would go well with raw fish.
It tastes better when it is well chilled.
Kirei (sharpness) is a little loose.
This is the record that I drank in February this year. It was sold only in Okunoto Wajima. It was a delicious sake that matured slowly. The sake rice is Hyakumangoku no Shiro.
Gohyakumangoku
Polished rice 60%.
It is a sake.
But it's sooty like Junmai.
Contrary to the name?
It has a gentle, delicate, refreshing taste.
Delicious!
