It's a Hokushin-Ryu Special Junmai. This is another in the Shinshu series that I purchased at a brewery in Obuse. It's dry and refreshing, and it has a nice clean finish. It has almost no aroma, but it has a rice-like flavor. It was delicious!

This is a Kitashinryu Junmai Ginjo. I bought this sake at a brewery in Obuse, Shinshu. Many of my distant relatives live in this area and I've never met them, so I had this sake while thinking about it. It was a very simple sake with no peculiar taste. It's a Junmai Ginjo-shu, a type of Junmai Ginjo-shu. It didn't have a strong aroma...or rather, not much of an aroma. It had a rich rice-like flavor, and I was happy to hear that it was a local rice.
