Souden Junmai Ginjo-shu 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima, Fukuoka
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15-16 degrees
We had it cold sake. 👍
The aroma is slightly fruity, the taste is dry, and you can feel the sharpness of the sake that comes in easily. 😄
It also started to taste a little bitter after being kept in the mouth for a while and warmed up. 😋.
When you find your own way to drink it with different tastes, it becomes more and more enjoyable to drink it with sips and sips. 😊

Mashiranoyama, this Aouda has a beautiful label with blue and green 😊.
It's true that if you roll it around in your mouth and taste it, you can enjoy it more with different characters. And 1,702 check-ins is too much ‼️ 😆.
Mr. Joe . Hello. When I see a brightly colored label, a pretty label, or a quirky label, I buy it without a second thought, and I check in to take a picture of the label on any sake I order for a drink before the Corona Disaster... and the number has only increased 😅.
Souden Special Junmai Sake Yamahai Brewing
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima, Fukuoka
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15-16 degrees
It was served cold. 👍
The aroma is slightly fruity and the taste is slightly dry, but it has few peculiarities unique to Yamahai brewing. 😉 😉
When kept in the mouth for a while and warmed up, you can taste both a little bitterness and sweetness. I wonder if there is something wrong with my tongue...I have tried many times, but it tastes the same. 😋
Of the various ways to drink it, I've enjoyed chugging it and enjoying the flavors until I finish it. 😊

First check-in in Fukuoka Prefecture. The wife bought it for me while shopping. It has the acidity of Yamahai, and although it claims to be sweet, it is mellow and not too strong.
It is even better when it is very cold.
First Fukuoka Sake
Muscat-like
Fruity flavor
Slight aftertaste
Today I prepared bonito tataki.
but since it has a strong flavor
it can be served with darker flavors.
Melon-like ginjo aroma, with a hint of rice after a little time.
The taste is basically rice flavor with no alcohol, but it has a dry and balanced feeling that quickly fades away.
It may be relatively light for a hiyaoroshi, but it is delicious!
