I think I may have had my first Fukuoka sake.
When I heard it was fruity, I tried it, but this one had a quirk!
Fruity? Easy to drink! A little quirky?
But it tastes good so I drink it lol!
The aroma is of rice sweetness.
In the mouth, the rounded and beautiful rice sweetness spreads and disappears easily without any cloying taste.
A well-balanced sake with both rice sweetness and lightness.
It's hard to find Kita-ya's Aouda even in my hometown, but I finally came across it and bought it.
And it's Omachi!
It is more dry than I expected, with a gentle, extended flavor and a beautiful sharpness that makes it a good mid-meal sake. It is good as a mealtime sake! Thanks for the food 😊.
