First crop in a long time.
As the label says, it has a fresh aroma like lychee.
Slightly dry sake with little sweetness and a refreshing acidity. It is a great sake to drink with aji no namenroi. I'm glad I worked so hard to handle the horse mackerel!
2025/01/11 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Got it safely again this year.
The scent is subdued.
Aroma is moderate.
The flavor of the rice is strong.
A little pungent and finishes pleasantly.
It has been a while since I had a saku.
I've posted a series of sakes from the sake brewery I got on my Mie Sake Trip in February, but today I opened a bottle of the sake I got on this trip to Ise, even though I didn't visit the brewery 😀.
Before I went on my trip to Ise, I saw this sake posted by bouken and wanted to try it, so I went to OHARAI Yokocho in Ise and found it 😇.
The aroma and taste are fruity and delicious 😀.
I think this one might be my favorite sake among all the Sakusaku I've had so far 😀.
I think I may have felt it even more so because most of the Mie sakes I've been drinking recently are rather heavy, but it was worth the search and purchase😇.
Good morning, Yasubeyesan😃I got this one at Okage Yokocho when I visited Mie last year 🍶It was noted as a good sake with sweet and sour taste that goes well with seafood 🍶. ☺️ I've been wanting to drink it since then 🤤.
Hi Nao888 😀
Actually, I used to drink a lot of Saku when I started drinking Sake because my local liquor store had a lot of Saku, but this trip to Mie was the first time in about a year 😅.
It's been a long time since I've had Saku...especially this Saku🙆.
Good evening, Mr. Yasube.
I see you purchased the Ise-Shima concept😊.
I knew it was sweeter than the regular one 😋.
I wish the regular products were of this type 🤔.
Hi bouken 😀
I read bouken's comment just before my trip to Ise and I really wanted to bring some home 🙋.
Of all the tasty Sakusan, this one has become my family's favorite 😇.
The classic sake of the crop that we have come across again and again
Honochi Junmai ZAKU HO NO TOMO
Another delicious sake!
I thought there might be a little bit of a tang to it since it's junmai, but there isn't!
In fact, tonight's Aizan has a stronger final sharpness and bitterness!
I enjoyed the sake while comparing the two 😌.

Which one would you like if you drank akabu?
Leave it to the manager.
These came out!
Junmai Ginjo Hyogo Aizan 2025 that I was particularly interested in.
I was curious about it on SNS!
I thought it was too expensive to be included in the all-you-can-drink menu, but he said he had stocked two bottles!
Thank you for your kindness!
Comparison of the two sakes!
Aizan is more sharp at the end!
I think it has a little bitterness.
At any rate, we are happy to have found a good sake!
If you can stay in the middle of Sapporo city, you can drink at such a restaurant!
This is also lucky ✌️
