Polishing ratio 50%.
Slightly sweet and softly fruity on the palate. The aftertaste is spicy from umami. Slightly sweet, softly fruity, with a lingering dryness from the umami. Delicious.
This is my personal favorite of the gorgeous alcoholic beverages!
This time, as the description says, there is a faint scent of pear.
The flavor is quite strong, and I have the impression that it is less balanced than the other sakes I have had so far.
It was not so bad.
