Mie Sake
Saku impression H
Even though it is a fire-brewed sake, it has a refreshing mouthfeel created by a slight sparkle and a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of ripe apples and white peaches. The elegant sweetness and clear acidity are in perfect harmony, and the aftertaste is surprisingly light. It is fruity and sophisticated.
Degree of liking 9/10
Recently, I went to an Italian restaurant I'm familiar with.
Italian restaurant with a good sake selection for some reason
After a client's company party, I went to this restaurant with some people.
After a few beers, the first sake was
Saku Impression М
This is the first sake I've ever had at Saku!
Gentle sweetness
Slightly acidic, a bit sour, a bit shwashy? A little sour, a little shwashy?
I'm a bit skeptical since I've been drinking it for quite a while, but I'm sure it's delicious 😋.
There were four different kinds, but I didn't drink the other ones because I've had them before, but since I went through the trouble, it would have been nice to compare them with the other ones.
Hello, Takashi-san!
I can still drink and eat after the party is over... 🎵
Saku-sama's impression-M is delicious 😋!
Sake with Italian food is also good 😍.
Saku is also my favorite sake, so I ordered it early. As expected, it was fruity, easy to drink and delicious.
Later I found out that there is H etc. in addition to M in Saku Impression. I hope I will have a chance to drink it!
Compared to the Takijiman from the same brewery, which I drank on the same day, I felt it was a very strong sake. However, Takihama is extremely easy to drink, and Saku is also a refreshing and easy to drink sake.

The restaurant staff brought us a recommendation to go with our meal. It was more refreshing and tastier than Toyo Bijin.
