Comparison of three types of drinks
First, Honochi
A sweet, well-balanced, fruity sake that can be enjoyed by young people.
Suzukagawa Junmai
Unlike Honochi, this sake has a dry and sharp taste.
Suzukagawa Junmai Ginjo
It has a similar feeling to Honochi and is well-balanced.
It has acidity and a refreshing taste 🍶.
It's fire-roasted, but it's also delicious and has a nice, petite texture 😋 You can taste the sweet fruit aroma and it goes down your throat and has a clean aftertaste.
I bought this as a souvenir of my summer vacation trip to Ise. It was only available at the Ise Jingu branch. The taste was delicious and undeniable, just like the original.
Saku Honotomo Junmai-shu

Honochi" is a junmai sake made with the theme of expressing the deliciousness of rice in a straightforward manner.
It is fresh, yet fleshy, yet clean and crisp, with a good aftertaste. It is naturally weightless, and above all, it has a natural taste that comes from the fermentation of rice alone.
The melon aroma is moderate, and while it is light, it also has a moderate weight, which is typical of junmai. It is a perfect all-around food sake.
I went to the Japanese Sake Festival.
At the venue, Uma-san and Yasube-san were there as staff members. Both of them were very cool.
There was a long line for "Saku".
We were allowed to line up and sample various kinds of sake.
I really liked the mellow flavor of IMPRESSION-M (M for Megumi no Tomo of Enochi).
The IMPRESSION-G (G of Genochi no Tomo no G) was
I didn't like it because of its acidity.
