It is Saku Gennochi Junmai from Mie Prefecture.
The top aroma is mild yet fruity, and in the mouth it is juicy and acidic, with the umami of the rice coming through later. The lingering bitterness is also very nice. If we were to compare it to a fruit, it would be a green apple.

It's my favorite sake that makes me think every time that junmai sake is somehow delicious 😍.
I drank Zak for the first time. This sake was too sweet for me as a food sake.
Today at the supermarket, I found Miyagi Prefecture's Akinatai fish on sale for 190 yen. I gladly bought it and had it grilled with salt for the third time this week. I would appreciate it if the price would drop a little more, as it is usually around 90 yen in season.
Yesterday's Oyama went well with the Akitag fish.
The last one is Saku-san, whom I had not had a chance to meet for a long time.
We finally got it 😄.

It has a gorgeous aroma, sweet and juicy.
It was described as slightly sparkling, but I don't know if it has been open for a long time or not, I didn't feel much gas.
But it is full-bodied and delicious 😊.
The downside is that the bottle is so stylish that you have to have a good sense of where to take the picture💦.

Sake from Mie is characterized by its soft taste, but compared to Jikkomai and Takihama, which we had previously tasted, the fruity taste was a little more pronounced.
