I'm going to reduce my sake preference to make room in the fridge for the sake of each person's preference for the New Year's holidays 😂←I'll drink it though 😅.
For a "Saku", it feels ⁉️ a little fruity, refreshing, easy to drink and delicious 😋.
This was my first time to this series, the standard is good but this series is also good 😋.
I heard they have other sake rice G and H, so I hope to take them next year if I have a chance 🥰.

It's the last of 2025, so I thought I'd open a "Saku".
I was going to open a bottle, but I didn't expect it to be a Junmai sake.
But Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten did not disappoint!
It was a little bit better than the Keiryu and Junmai sake from the other day ☝️
