This one was sweet and juicy from the day I opened it 🫠.
The micro gas is perfect, the acidity is there but not assertive, the balance is perfect, too good 😭I should have bought another bottle of ‼️ 😭that once in a lifetime is the best part 😊.

As soon as I opened it, I thought it was fruity, refreshing and sweet...
As I drank a little more, it became a little dry, perhaps because the temperature had risen?
The aftertaste is still light and easy to drink, but it is a fun sake.

Fruity and sweet, but not unpleasantly sweet, so it is easy to drink and goes away smoothly (lol).
300ml is not enough for this one.
The aftertaste is refreshing, so it does not give the impression of being sweet. The aroma might have been more appealing if I drank it in a wine glass.
