It was less assertive than the two I had before. As a person who drinks a variety of sake in a day, the order in which I drink them is important, or so I always think.
It is a very rare limited edition sake ✨ and one of the few produced among Saku's limited editions 😊.
It was very elegant, refreshing and delicious!

The aroma, fruity and sharpness are all at a high level. It's a very elegant and tasty wine.
It does not go well with chocolate, but it is the best match for Korean nori.

Junmai Gen no Tomo!
The aroma is green apple.
The mouthfeel is firm and umami, with some bitterness and acidity afterwards.
The taste is robust, but the fresh apple flavor makes it easy to drink, yet satisfying.
Junmai Ginjo Sano-no-Tomo
Sweeter aroma with a hint of honey than Junmai.
The mouthfeel is smooth, and the taste is moist and fruity with a sweet and sour flavor.
It has a lingering sourness and minerality.
Junmai Ginjo Z
The sweet and sour taste of lactic acid beverage is different from that of Kanade-no-tomo!
The aftertaste is interesting with a little bitterness and a full-bodied umami flavor.
Fruity and crisp, it is one of the sake I always order when I come here. Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 15%. Seri & Duck hot pot with soba noodles as the last dish.

Slightly ginjo aroma with a hint of unrefined sake. ☺️
The sweetness and umami come in easily on the palate.
The bitter and sour taste comes at the end.
The aroma lingers, but the flavor is well rounded.
In general, the mouthfeel and sweetness are reminiscent of soybean flour 😊.
At first, I thought it was different. At first, I had a feeling that it was different from usual, but at the end, I felt that it was made just like it should be 🤗.
