Drinking out in Shizuoka for the first time in a while. We went to a restaurant with a good selection of Shizuoka sake. The menu only lists the brand name, and they asked us to look in the fridge. They only have honjozo, but some of them are junmai (pure rice). Since the price was the same for all of them, I decided to go for the Junmai. It was a dry yet sweet sake with a clean, clean taste with little clutter, and the snacks went down a treat. It was delicious!

Morimoto Morimoto Junmai Sake "Hatsu-no-Takimikiri 2022". This is my first time to drink this brewery. It was a delicious one 🍶🎶 and served chilled. It is a dark, umami, spicy sake, but as the temperature returns to normal, the sweetness and sourness come through. I think it is a good sake at room temperature or warmed. All of Shizuoka Prefecture's sake is delicious.

The spoils of my trip to Shizuoka. I tried to choose something that Tokyo doesn't seem to have! You have good taste in naming things. Sweet? No. Surprisingly refreshing? And finally, a hefty 18 degrees and high alcohol! This is a busy sake. It's easy to drink, but it's not so easy to get drunk.

The purchase condition for Hanayo-Yoku was to purchase sake over 1700 yen, but the sake I wanted was either under 1700 yen or over 2000 yen, so I chose this one. The rice is from Honefuji. It is dry and has a smoky impression. It has a strong impression of acidity. There is no freshness at all. Would it be better to warm it up?

I heard that this is the smallest brewery in Shizuoka. In fact, I've never seen it outside of this liquor store.

The name is intriguing. After the mild and mellow flavor in the mouth, the aftertaste and the feeling of a kick in the throat are just bursting with dryness. Truly delicious!

Opened on September 5, 2021 Morimoto Sake Brewery Matsuura Sake Shop, Numazu It is interesting because it is an unusual sake! I bought it with the complaint of the liquor store ^ ^. I took a sip and sure enough ❗️ It has a sense of maturity and the sweetness of rice, some tortoiseshell candy, and the flavor of bran. It's pretty dense! This kind of sake is also a good encounter😋
