I found this at a liquor store and bought it on impulse. Excuse me, but I've never seen this before and I didn't know this brewer at all. The spiciness comes first and the rice flavor is strong. The aroma is banana-like and a little powdery. Some chestnut-like notes. It's a blend of Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai.

I'm drinking from home! Buy sake from Shizuoka Prefecture for the app's national championship! I can see the alcohol content is high, so it goes down to your stomach. I get pretty drunk 😅.

I thought it would be too sour, but it's not like that. It has a good crispness. The acidity and astringency are well balanced.

うみゃぁ〜！低音では超不機嫌、燗付けでエンジン温が上がれば小気味好く吹け上がる、燗専用の赤い彗星。低精米で旨味マシマシだが雑味は顔を出さず、酸味と包み込むような甘味でキューンと高レスポンス。酔いも重くなくスッキリな割に、徳利にちょろりと残して宵越しの戻り燗でもヘタれない。小排気量化高回転ターボな蔵は静岡県民の誇りっす。
