I found this at a liquor store and bought it on impulse. Excuse me, but I've never seen this before and I didn't know this brewer at all. The spiciness comes first and the rice flavor is strong. The aroma is banana-like and a little powdery. Some chestnut-like notes. It's a blend of Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai.
I'm drinking from home! Buy sake from Shizuoka Prefecture for the app's national championship! I can see the alcohol content is high, so it goes down to your stomach.
I get pretty drunk 😅.
