It is fruity, bitter, tasty from the acidity, and slightly effervescent. It's complex and can be enjoyed in many ways, or maybe it's a bit scattered, but I like the way it feels! I tried it with oysters today and thought the slight bubbles went well with them. It may be minor, but this is my favorite brand.

I received this as a souvenir of Gunma Prefecture from a colleague at work. He purchased it from Nakazawa Sake Shop, whose website has a large selection of sake. I was excited just by looking at it. The aroma of rice is subtle. At first sweet and juicy, followed by a tangy bitterness. The taste is fresh. The sweetness and bitterness coexist in a strange taste. But it is so pleasant that you can't stop drinking.

★★★☆☆☆☆ It is fruity at the beginning, but when it enters the mouth, it is sharp and shrieking, in fact, it is dry and deleterious. The aroma that leaves your nose at the end is very refreshing, and you can't hate it. Goes great with simmered dishes!

The aroma was gorgeous, just like arabashiri. When I put it in my mouth, it tasted light but had enough umami to satisfy my taste buds. I would like to try a different type of this brand.

This one is called "Yanagisawa Sake Brewery". Mild sweetness, light bitterness and sourness. It is a gentle sake that will make you drink more and more 😊. The Musubito brand is an "evolved" brand in the brewery's brand category. Musubito's three basic principles are True to the basics and simple philosophy The taste was pure and straightforward 🙌. The following is from the official website We named our brewery "Musubito" because we felt once again that it is important for sake brewers to grow by being connected with others and to never forget to be thankful. Our goal is to create a sake that is delicious even for those who are new to sake and those who have never enjoyed sake before. (2) To brew sake in a junmai style that is easy to understand. (3) It is important to question and challenge conventional wisdom.

Long-term moromi type. It has a yellowish color and a thickened mouthfeel. It goes in smoothly with its umami and minerality, but is accented by a bit of spiciness later on.
