Spark!!!, it is slightly carbonated. I bring it to glamping BBQs! For some reason, Yuto seems to drink it more often at BBQs. It's fruity, sharp, and easy to drink. Yuto is really delicious! I love it! ‼️

Seishun 18 Ticket Trip 🚃 Gunma
On the way back from Onoue Onsen (Onoue Hot Springs) 🍶, we went to Takasaki station building and had a drink 🍶Specializing in Junmai, you can also order heated sake ✨and have a drink standing ✨or sit down 😅.
It's refreshing and light, but has a nice umami flavor. Pleasant light nigori.

Aroma with a hint of sweetness.
Easy to drink without a hint of alcohol.
Taste is a mixture of spiciness, sweetness, and astringency. The astringency remains at the end.
There was not as much gas as described on the label.
I bought it in January, so maybe I let it sit too long.
Since I bought it at a liquor store, was it a mistake to think I would drink it after visiting the brewery?

I like its elegant texture with a gentle sweetness.
First time for Yuto
Gorgeous aroma
Sweet, but with a hint of sourness and bitterness
but there is a hint of sourness and bitterness, so it is not too sweet.
Delicious!

Gunma's local sake "Yuto" found in Tokyo. The label is stylish and the taste is gorgeous. The fruity acidity is apparent from the first sip. The word "KAI" suggests a challenge. It is a good food sake for home cooking.
It is fruity, bitter, tasty from the acidity, and slightly effervescent. It's complex and can be enjoyed in many ways, or maybe it's a bit scattered, but I like the way it feels!
I tried it with oysters today and thought the slight bubbles went well with them.
It may be minor, but this is my favorite brand.
I received this as a souvenir of Gunma Prefecture from a colleague at work. He purchased it from Nakazawa Sake Shop, whose website has a large selection of sake. I was excited just by looking at it.
The aroma of rice is subtle. At first sweet and juicy, followed by a tangy bitterness. The taste is fresh.
The sweetness and bitterness coexist in a strange taste. But it is so pleasant that you can't stop drinking.
★★★☆☆☆☆
It is fruity at the beginning, but when it enters the mouth, it is sharp and shrieking, in fact, it is dry and deleterious. The aroma that leaves your nose at the end is very refreshing, and you can't hate it. Goes great with simmered dishes!
