I received this as a souvenir of Gunma Prefecture from a colleague at work. He purchased it from Nakazawa Sake Shop, whose website has a large selection of sake. I was excited just by looking at it.
The aroma of rice is subtle. At first sweet and juicy, followed by a tangy bitterness. The taste is fresh.
The sweetness and bitterness coexist in a strange taste. But it is so pleasant that you can't stop drinking.
