Rice used is Dewa Sanzan As indicated by the alcohol content of 19 degrees, it is a gut-punching wine. ‼️ And it has the same throat and mouthfeel as you would expect from Muroka Nama-no-Hara Sake. The sweetness also comes through perfectly. It has a great impact, but it is sharp and has a clean finish, so it does not feel too heavy. However, if you drink it too fast, it will take its toll later on. It was a fun drink. ❣️

Yamagata City is brewed by Kotobukoraya Sake Brewery, breaking a three hundred year rule! What a name! And when you drink it, it lives up to its name. The taste is punchy and impressive ❕❕❕❕❕. The image is that of an intense sake that feels like ❕❕❕❕. I'm glad I bought it 😂.

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shu Impressive fruity, apple-like taste. Impact is very sweet and mellow with a unique aroma. The aftertaste is light and slightly fizzy, with a hint of bitterness at the end. It is very fruity and delicious, a feeling that is hard to find in Yamadanishiki type rice. I'm curious to know what kind of rice it is! I hope you drink this one!

Purchased at a liquor store in Yokohama. It has been a long time since I drank it. The aroma is fresh and intense. Citrusy and fruity. The taste is light sweet and refreshing. It also has a fizzy and bubbly taste. There is a bitter aftertaste. But it may still be quite sweet.

926 2007/8 Kasumijoju: Three hundred years of lawbreaking Honjozo unfiltered unpasteurized sake Koji : 65% Kake : 70 20-21° A+ Yamagata City, Yamagata Kotobuki-Toraya Sake Brewery 1800 2100 KNI Following the Junmai Ginjo the other day. Junmai Ginjo was good, but this one is even better. I wonder if it is partly because of the high alcohol content.

Petit summer vacation home drinking start❗️Snacks are kenka 🦑 sashimi and ama-taki (sea bream) tataki. The first ayu fish of the year was grilled with salt 😋. The sake to go with it is "300 year old law Yaburi" which I had for the first time and it has 300% of the sake's deliciousness.
