Rice used is Dewa Sanzan
As indicated by the alcohol content of 19 degrees, it is a gut-punching wine. ‼️
And it has the same throat and mouthfeel as you would expect from Muroka Nama-no-Hara Sake.
The sweetness also comes through perfectly.
It has a great impact, but it is sharp and has a clean finish, so it does not feel too heavy.
However, if you drink it too fast, it will take its toll later on.
It was a fun drink. ❣️
What is the rule of 300 years? What kind of evil thing did they do? I looked it up and found out that they stopped heat sterilization or something like that. It was so delicious !!!!
I got it with some rice from Yamagata: ☺️❣️
I bought a sake I was interested in at a liquor store.
The brand name was impressive.
The aroma was slightly sweet, and when you sipped it, you could sense the gasiness of the sake. The sake had a slight tanginess, and the taste had a strong umami and acidity.
The taste was full of umami and acidity. The sake was crisp and clean with a strong flavor.
The alcohol content is higher than normal sake, so be careful not to drink too much.
Maniac label and more docile than it looks.
I don't want to wear it either, but it's kind of simple? But it has a long aftertaste, and I like it comparatively, so maybe it scores higher?
14/20
Honjozo Nama-shu, unfiltered, unblended sake, made without any unnecessary processing
Sake as squeezed without any unnecessary processing.
It is a rough and tough sake.
