I bought it at a liquor store in Zao because it had an amazing presence!
It was named after the fact that it broke the rule of fire-brewing.
It has a strong alcohol taste like a pure sake, and I felt it was just right on the rocks.
It's dry and refreshing! But it will leave a weight on your throat, so it's a bit like an old sake, which I don't like very much,
It's a refreshing type of sake! It's a little bit cloudy.
Kusatsu Onsen
At Wahai Soba Restaurant
This is a cup that the owner of the restaurant insisted that I drink. It has a profound and strong flavor.
It is a classic full-bodied sake, and those who like it will be addicted to it.
The mouthfeel is rough, mellow, and juicy, with a moderate sweetness. It goes well with omizuke, a Yamagata specialty.
It is delicious when cooled down.
Rice used is Dewa Sanzan
As indicated by the alcohol content of 19 degrees, it is a gut-punching wine. ‼️
And it has the same throat and mouthfeel as you would expect from Muroka Nama-no-Hara Sake.
The sweetness also comes through perfectly.
It has a great impact, but it is sharp and has a clean finish, so it does not feel too heavy.
However, if you drink it too fast, it will take its toll later on.
It was a fun drink. ❣️
What is the rule of 300 years? What kind of evil thing did they do? I looked it up and found out that they stopped heat sterilization or something like that. It was so delicious !!!!
I got it with some rice from Yamagata: ☺️❣️
