In the mouth, the aroma of sake and fermented, somewhat earthy flavor comes through.
You can feel a strong umami taste, and then it becomes sharp immediately.
There is a tingling sensation afterwards.
It is a good sake with a sense of having drunk it.
I would like to pair it with sakutome and cheese.
Unfiltered Funamae Original Sake, 65% polished rice, 19% al.
My brother brought this sake to my parents' house on New Year's Day.
The alcohol was too strong for me, who prefers Junmai style.
I've only seen this sake in the Ikari supermarket.
It seems that the brewery was producing unfiltered raw sake from very early on.
It has a sweetness with a bitter taste, but the fruity taste stands out.
It's not flashy, but it's a good example of unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
It seems that Chiyotobuki and this brewery are related, but they're registered as the same brewery on Sake no Wa...
I check out Ikari Super Market from time to time because they have a lot of fresh sake.
They usually have Kameizumi CEL24 and Gazanryu. The rest are Yamatsuru, Takasago from Shizuoka, Biotai, Dewazakura, and Drunken Mind.
bouken-san, good evening ⭐️!
I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to drink it again, but I'm sure I'll be able to drink it again. I'm not sure how I feel about it now 😅 but I'd love to try it 🤗
Maripornu-san Good evening 🌃
It was a revolutionary sake at the time, but nowadays there are so many different kinds of sake available that it's just plain unfiltered raw sake😅.
It's a new sensation for me. You can feel the piquancy of the original sake in the oakiness. It is crisp and dry. The alcohol content is 19%, which is high, but it doesn't bother me. This is the best for hot summer.
Last choice for today
I'd never heard of this brand before.
Really fruity!
great knowledge
This is a very limited edition product made from Kajo Kotobuki Omachi brewed by Honke Kotobaya Shuzo, a long-established brewery with a history of about 300 years!
It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Omachi, a rice suitable for sake brewing, polished to 48%, and shipped unfiltered and unpasteurized!
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, with a rich flavor that spreads throughout the palate and the juiciness that only unfiltered raw sake can bring!
It has a gorgeous sweetness like a ripe tropical fruit and a perfect balance of acidity!
This is a must have for Omachi fans! Be careful not to drink too much!
"Since the brewery's establishment, there has been a rule of 300 years that the wine must be sterilized by fire before shipping.
This is a limited series born from the brewer's desire to have people drink the sake as it is, even if it means breaking that rule!
A beautiful sake full of fruitiness! And it's delicious!
