Very juicy 🍇.
It has a fruity taste that is typical for a sake that is still in the bottle ^ ^.
Not too much acidity or bitterness. It has a thickening effect.
It has a thickening effect, almost like syrup 😁.
Grayish-crystalline with aromas of jyoshin powder, green bamboo, and lily of the valley. The attack is rather strong, with a firm acidity, rich sweetness and a rather short finish.
Karakuchi, but...
No corners.
A sweetness that is well-balanced
Balanced sweetness
It has a clear and crisp taste.
It does not interfere with the accompaniments.

Kitakata sake
Umakuchi, not much of a lingering aftertaste, but that's good!
You can drink good sake at a low price only in Fukushima!
Thank you very much for the sake.
Sasamasa Masamune Kirui Honjozo Dai-Saraguchi
Purchased at Tsurugajo Kaikan in Aizuwakamatsu.
I bought a small bottle as a souvenir to compare with a wide selection.
The color was somewhat like that of a hero squadron.
First, the Red.
Kitakata's Sasamasamune's, Oni Nada.
Slightly sweet and mild aroma.
Mild and smooth on the palate.
The aroma of rice and soft umami
It is sharp, dry, and crisp.
It has a dry taste without any peculiarities, and is easy to match with food.
It has a soft and gentle taste even though it is dry, despite its name "Tears for the devil's eyes".

Purchased at Kitakata Kineya Sake Shop
Recently, there have been a lot of thick and robust sake, so I requested something refreshing and this was recommended to me.
The overall flavor is light, but the umami is strong.
With 50% polished rice, it may be a daiginjo-class ginjo-shu, but it cuts cleanly and has a low alcohol content of 13%, so if you want to drink it, you can gobble it up!
A good choice of sake for what was a vague request.
Sasamasamune from Fukushima
Yume-no-Ko 40% polished rice
Transparent crystal silver in color.
Yellow apple, white peach, banana, melon, and acacia. Rich fruit aroma. Mineral nuances such as kamishingo, shiratama dumplings, and lime.
The attack is strong, with sweet fruit flavors and a mellow sweetness that feels fine and delicate like wasanbon. The acidity is smooth, and the aftertaste is pleasantly bitter.
It is delicious.
It may be difficult to tell if this is an aluzoe or not, but there is a dry aftertaste that lingers in the aftertaste, so you may be able to judge from there.
In any case, it is a high quality sake.
