It is delicious. It seems to go well with both fish and meat dishes. It has been a long time since I have tasted Matsuo, but this one is so good that I want to repeat it.

MADARAO Junmai Ginjo Handmade ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pressed at the mouth of the tank, Unpasteurized 100% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Kamimizunai-gun at the foot of Mt. On the way home from our annual hot spring & ski trip, we had some time to spare before the Shinkansen departed, so we visited a sake store near the station 😃. Local sakes available were Hokko Masamune, Mizuo, and Ayu Masamune, but the one that caught my eye was the new MADARAO, a junmai ginjo nama sake made with Yamae Nishiki 😋. This is also the annual opening of Izakaya Shinkansen 🤗. When opened, it has a faintly fruity aroma, and on the palate, there is a light carbonation characteristic of the raw, which is a pleasant stimulus to the tongue, and I think it is a crisp, slightly dry sake 🥰. The moment I found this in the fridge I decided to buy it immediately ❣️😆 Made from delicious raw milk from the Kurohime Highlands. The ingredients are fermented milk made from delicious raw milk from the Kurohime Highlands and high-quality blackcurrants from Shinshu, The product is made with handmade Junmai-shu (pure rice sake) from Matsuo. Best before date: 3 months. ❗️ Just in time 〰︎😝 I have to drink it as soon as possible: ‼️ Sweet and sour and delicious〰︎😍 It's full of blackcurrants too 😘🫐. You can also taste the sake ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡. Really delicious 😋♪ I wish I had bought the standard type too! I should have bought the standard type too 😆. I'll definitely buy it next time I see it 🤗.
