Sake purchased at a roadside station in Hitachiota on the way back from a little outing for lunch on Tsuma's birthday.
When I opened the bottle at room temperature, I felt a little bit of a strong tang. I chilled it in the fridge for a day and found it easier to drink with its unique sweetness and moderate alcohol content.
By the way, I bought it for the naming and the jackets.
Actually, I have already purchased another bottle, so I'll get to that later.
Even Matsumori is a fairly minor sake, so what is the value of this uramono?
We opened the bottle with a quizzical look on our faces.
Miyamanishiki 55% polished rice grown by local farmers
Vigorous nigori that stirs automatically when the bottle is opened.
Pear and capsule aroma
Refreshing sweetness and acidity
Bitter with a touch of carbonation
Aftertaste is clean and refreshing
A good sake with the spirit of a minor sake
I received this as a gift from someone at work.
Matsumori, a sake I saw at the Tsukuba University festival but could not drink at that time.
It is a local sake of Ibaraki, and you cannot find it in Tokyo.
The aroma was subdued and had a slightly woody feel to it. When I drank it, I found it to be clean, light, dry, and sharp, with a sense of rice.
It had no peculiarities, so it was good as a food sake.
Delicious!
Ibaraki Prefecture visited the brewery after attacking Kume Castle in Hitachiota City.
Sweet but with a slightly spicy aftertaste.
The taste is also a little strong and mellow.
It is delicious.

It's warm this year, so it's fun to drink outside at night!
Matsumori's Hiyoroshi Yamadanishiki
Ripe fruit
Firmly sweet like brown sugar
A nice accompaniment for a long night
