Purchased at Shodoshima Shuzo, a brewery on Shodoshima. I chose Junmai (pure rice) from the many varieties available.
It has a very robust flavor with a hint of acidity. It is very drinkable. Along with the chicken we happened to purchase today, we ate and drank Kagawa Prefecture's products.

This is at room temperature.
It has a sweet aroma of rice. It has a sweet aroma of rice, a hint of koji (malted rice malt), and a characteristic aroma that is full of flavor. It is a perfect complement to a meal.
So, even the Mediterranean can make sake.

I ordered some pasta, but the Sakegawa Mahjong club said they were short of players, so I had another drink and went back to my room to play mahjong 🀄My wife and daughter were in another room, so I was able to play ❗I played 2 games and reached the limit of sleepiness 😪I almost got penalized for the second time 😅.

Souvenirs of Shodoshima. The second one. The aroma of Masu is so strong that I can't tell what it smells like. (LOL).
When you put it in your mouth, it is also sake, but with more acidity. However, this one may be more refreshing. It is not so bitter.
I served it with satsuma-age (fried scallops). The flavors of each overlap each other and it's delicious. I love it 😁.

This sake is from the island of Shodoshima in Kagawa Prefecture.
The label was inspired by the image of a seagull soaring over the Seto Inland Sea, and when warmed up, it was a delicious sake with the fullness of Hachitan-Nishiki.
