Sake with a lot of habit. It is hard to describe, but it has a thick, soy sauce-like flavor and thickening. It was not my personal favorite, but it was so strong that I recorded it here.
Back at the hotel, I looked down from my room window and saw the words "Sake and Pasta Restaurant" right in front of the hotel❗
I had to pay a visit to this place 😆.
I chose "Uttou" to taste a sake I've never had before ❗I'd love to go to Shodoshima ✨.
It has a rich and rich flavor 😉 17% alcohol by volume and a strong presence ❗ Isn't it good 😋?
I ordered some pasta, but the Sakegawa Mahjong club said they were short of players, so I had another drink and went back to my room to play mahjong 🀄My wife and daughter were in another room, so I was able to play ❗I played 2 games and reached the limit of sleepiness 😪I almost got penalized for the second time 😅.
Good morning, Mr. King of Noodles and Liquor!
Mahjong participation from your trip 🀄 As expected 🤣.
Sorry I just took a day off 🀄 🙇♂️
I'd love to visit Shodoshima too👍.
Souvenirs of Shodoshima. The second one. The aroma of Masu is so strong that I can't tell what it smells like. (LOL).
When you put it in your mouth, it is also sake, but with more acidity. However, this one may be more refreshing. It is not so bitter.
I served it with satsuma-age (fried scallops). The flavors of each overlap each other and it's delicious. I love it 😁.

This sake is from the island of Shodoshima in Kagawa Prefecture.
The label was inspired by the image of a seagull soaring over the Seto Inland Sea, and when warmed up, it was a delicious sake with the fullness of Hachitan-Nishiki.
Rice aroma
Sweet taste with bitterness
No acidity
Strong mouth feel
The aftertaste is refreshing
The unique flavor reminds of the tide for some reason
This brewery's sake has an interesting name.
I'm back from a business trip. I'm on the shinkansen.
I couldn't come home late last night, so I came home in the morning. It's already noon...
I bought this at an antenna shop of Kagawa which I found on the way to Tokyo.
This color. I didn't notice it when I bought it, but it's an aged color.
The aroma also has an aged smell.
It has a little bit of sweetness, but it's a simple sake with only this matured aroma coming through the nose.
I think it is a good sake with few peculiarities.
When describing a good sake, we say that it has a complex flavor, but this is a sake where you can enjoy the aged aroma.
I'm not a fan of aged sake, but I think this one is delicious.
Rice polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 17 degrees
The mouthfeel is mild and a little dry.
It also has a sweetness. It tastes like a sake made by Shodoshima Shuzo.
Purchased with ANA miles.
No scent.
Color is yellow.
Taste is like thick, firm and dry.
Will it stay on your tongue? It might be better to drink it with something to nibble on.
Morikuni Uto. It is pure rice. We found this sake at an udon shop in Shodoshima. "Uto-to. "Fufufu. "Fufufuah. What a name that makes you feel sleepy. And this "Utooto. But it's a very unique tasting sake! Is it a very mild sour type? It's a dry sake, but it's hard to describe the taste. There is no particular aroma either... It was a memorable experience to drink sake from Shodoshima. Next time, I'd like to try "fufu".
It's for drinking at home... A souvenir from a friend who went to Shikoku on a trip!
The sake is great, but so is the Masu! I'll keep the Masu for later.
It has a yellowish color, so I wonder if it is matured. It tastes like sake and is easy to drink.
It was served lukewarm, which is something I've been into lately.
It was soft and light on the palate, and it came in nicely.
It has a unique grainy aroma. and spiky acidity, so I didn't like it on its own.
When paired with food, I felt it was less of a weakness of the alcohol and softened the strongest parts of the food, so I felt it was a good choice if you want to pair it with food.
