Sweet aroma like tangerine, too smooth on the palate with a nice salty milky-silky lactic acid sweetness, from which the sticky persistence disappears by bringing umami and astringency. It has a slight sharpness and is good during a meal. I warmed up on the trip and prepared for the sake review I will introduce at home from the next time onward.
