On this day, I tried an unknown sake that I had never had before.
It was my first time to try Maruka Oyamama Yoshi.
It's a sake from Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture.
I used to drink Oyama at the Saitsuru Bar in the old days!
This sake is from that brewery 🍶.
As the label says, it has a muscat flavor!
Fruity and easy to drink!
It's low in alcohol, so it goes down easy!
I was craving meat that day, so I ordered this dish!
Grilled at my own pace!
