This is a sake that I received.
I had known this brand for a while, but I had passed it by because I had an image of Kanagawa sake being hard and difficult to drink.
First, the color. It is slightly yellow.
When I took a sip, I was right.
It was a bit rough and pungent in the mouth.
The taste is dry, but the bitterness is strong, followed by astringency. Of course there is a pungent taste, but I do not like this astringent taste.
However, when I rolled a small amount in my mouth, the astringency softened and it became easier to drink.
This is a new discovery. (I usually drink it cuiquey).
But I don't think I will repeat it.

The main brand name of Kumazawa Shuzo is Tenseo. The sake is light and easy to drink, but I don't really like light sake, so I haven't had any recently, but on my way home from a walk I saw a bottle of sake labeled "Shonan" at a convenience store, so I bought it.
It smells a little like alcohol, but has a ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, it is very light. It's not too stimulating, so it's good for people who are not used to drinking sake.
Personally, I give it 2/5 stars.
It's not my favorite rich sake, so I give it less stars, but it's not bad.
