The main brand name of Kumazawa Shuzo is Tenseo. The sake is light and easy to drink, but I don't really like light sake, so I haven't had any recently, but on my way home from a walk I saw a bottle of sake labeled "Shonan" at a convenience store, so I bought it.
It smells a little like alcohol, but has a ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, it is very light. It's not too stimulating, so it's good for people who are not used to drinking sake.
Personally, I give it 2/5 stars.
It's not my favorite rich sake, so I give it less stars, but it's not bad.

買う時に、『湘南の海のようなすっきりとした辛口』というコピーに惹かれて購入。
冷やして飲みました。
見事にスッキリ！
暑い日には引きすぎない後味がちょうど良いです。
この酒造は茅ヶ崎でクラフトビールと地酒を提供してくれるレストランもやっています

熊澤酒造さんで、何気なく購入したボトル。
天青が有名ですが、あえての湘南にしました。
流石の吟醸酒、クセのないサラリとした軽い味わいのお酒でした。
夏の暑い日に漬け物と一緒が合いそうです！
