7/10
Seimasa's effervescence is made from Nanto's Yuyamanishiki grapes.
It has a freshness, but it also has a firm finish in the latter half of the bottle.
It is dry with acidity. This is delicious!
Sake from Toyama Prefecture is often tasty simply because I drink it more often and in larger quantities, so I am accustomed to the taste.
Narimasa is a good sake.

The second cup was a lion's dance drink. The third cup was Narimasa. This is a brand I have never seen before.
It has a slightly matured feel and has a good balance of umami, sweetness, and acidity.
The fact that there are so many 300 bottles of sake on the menu is a little tough for a lone drinker who wants to drink a variety of sake, but I will try harder.
freshly squeezed
Umami comes first and is washed down by acidity.
It is a dry sake that is good for a light mid-meal drink.
It has just the right amount of umami.
Serve with kabura-zushi and trout-zushi.
Reminder.
I had a lot of drinking parties this week, but I couldn't drink sake 😞.
Beer, shochu, awamori, highball, chamisulu, and my body was not in good shape lol.
On the last day of the weekday, I finally had a chance to drink sake.
The first drink was Narimasa, a sake from Toyama.
The gasiness and fruity taste was noticeable, and it was delicious, just like a new sake.

The activated nigori is delicious.
The taste is not inferior to any other sake in the country. Sparkling Junmai sake.
With high expectations, the bottle was opened while carefully releasing the increased pressure.
It was pleasantly bubbly and slightly effervescent. It was deliciously spicy.
