Toyama Prefecture
Nanto Gohyakumangoku Junmai Genshu
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 18 degrees
Rice 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Nanto, Toyama
The color is a clear yellowish color.
It has a strong taste of koji like old sake, but it is quite dry.
It is a light sake that is typical of Gohyakumangoku.
I went for a walk in the sky.
Rode 🚌🚠 etc. to the highest peak
Even at 2400m, it's ok to wear short sleeves😅😅.
On the way, I was overwhelmed by the grandeur of the Kurobe Dam.
Tateyama Murodo limited sake is dry 🍶.
Hi Harry, I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit!
I have been there in the past!
Kurobe Dam✨
And also "limited edition sake" in Murodo 🤩.
No - I'm too jealous👍!
Hello, Shishigami 😃.
Well, I liked the Kurobe Dam.
The history and the images of those days were also introduced
I could feel the hard struggle of the construction site.
A summer special junmai sake from Narimasa.
Brewed with Kanazawa yeast, it has a gorgeous aroma with a hint of calmness, sharpness, and acidity.
Rice used: 100% rice grown in Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture
Alcohol 15
Polishing ratio: 60% Nanto City sake brewing rice
Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR 8
Narimasa Yuyamanishiki Junmai Hiyoroshi
This one is clear and a little light. It's nice. Well, I had to delay one train to enjoy Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR.
I wonder if it will be open on Saturday too.
I guess tourists must be surprised to see a sake bar right outside the Shinkansen ticket gates 😃.
To the Hokuriku Sake BAR management, please come again next time 🙇.
This is a summer sake from Narimasa, which we also received last summer.
It is really water, and if you drink it chilled, it is natural water from the Alps.
It refreshes my hot body.
Good evening, Kosuke 😃.
Congratulations on your 200 check-in ㊗️㊗️ in the midst of posting your Shinshu - Hokuriku trip 🎉.
I can tell you had a great trip 🤗.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 😆I don't know how long it's been since I've had a 200 CI, but there are still some sakes I haven't uploaded yet (I forgot to take pictures of the labels), which is frustrating 😓I especially recommend Shigaizumi and Takaten, both from Nagano. If you see them, please let me know.
