We were allowed to compare drinks at the same restaurant!
This was my first time drinking Narimasa as well, and I like it a lot. It is spicy and refreshing! But it also has a bit of fruitiness.
The toji has been replaced by a new one, and it seems that he has made a refreshing one, whereas it used to have a lot of miscellaneous flavors. It was a real treat!
7/29 Toyama business trip ③.
Seimasa Junmai Yuyamanishiki
Sake Slow Food at Toyama Housen
100% Yuyamanishiki produced in Nanto City
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 15%.
Sake meter degree +3, acidity 1.4 (reference)
It is very clear, yet it expresses the umami of Omachi rice well.
It is slightly dry.
Anyway, it is easy to drink!
I love the legend of the brewery's brewing water.
The brewery uses "water from the tip of the spear," which came from a spring that was fed by the famous spearman Sasa Narimasa, who was troubled by the water and poked it with his spear.
Yum!
The accompaniment to this drink is Tempura of white shrimp! It was delicious with a little salt!
hard alcohol
Aroma with a habit, thick attack. Hard dry taste. It is easy to drink and has a lingering taste of rice.
It is named after the warlord Sasa Narimasa, so it has a hard, hard-edged taste. Accompanied by kombujime squid. Tasty Toyama!
I heard that it was named after the warlord Sasa Narimasa, the governor of Echugoku 🍶.
Unfortunately, I don't have my notes on this one either 😭.
I'll reflect on it and come back 😭🙇♂️
Certified by Toyama Sake Brewers Association
Limited hiyaoroshi for the autumn season of 2023
The 4th sake
Dry, with straight umami and acidity.
It is best served hot.
Bacchus and Yamaha 2023, Toyama Eki-naka BAR ^ ^.
The fourth drink is Narimasa, Junmai Daiginjo, 2021 Sake Brewing Year. 2 years old sake.
Every sake at Narimasa is 100 yen per glass. Too cheap.
I didn't really feel the sense of maturity, but it is a slightly dry sake with a long aftertaste.
Sake with a rich aroma🍶.
It has a refreshing, watery taste in the mouth and you can drink as much as you like.
I had saved up a lot of SAKEPOST, but I finally caught up with September's 😅.
