Junmai Ginjo-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% Yamadanishiki from Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, Japan, Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15
I bought this sake at "Sake Sho Tajiri Honten" located in Iwasehama area when I visited Toyama 😃.
Cold Sake: The ginrei aroma is only faintly noticeable 😘The fruity aroma on the palate is noticeable on the nose, but there is a slight bitterness and a good acidity 😋.
I think it is a well-balanced dry sake with its bitterness and acidity 🥰.

At Chochotsuminami Ara-san in Toyama.
100% "Yuyamanishiki" produced in Nanto, Toyama Prefecture is used.
In order to bring out the flavor of the sake
The sake is matured for 1 to 2 years in the brewery before being shipped.
It has a strong body, but thanks to its acidity, it is very easy to drink.
It goes down smoothly.
It does not smell like old sake.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This sake is smooth, without any peculiarities, and comes in easily.
The proprietress told us that the firefly squid must be caught in the morning to be delicious.
We finished off the meal by having zosui (rice porridge) made with this broth.
Tonight, too, we were able to enjoy delicious fish and snacks with good sake.

Toyama no Jizake Fan Club "Spring Evening, Tasting New Sake
They drank 18 kinds of sake that day (...;)
This was my favorite sake among them.
It was dry and refreshing with no bitterness, but also had a great umami flavor. I don't know how many times I had another glass.
@Mizuhashi, good evening 🌃😀
I've been curious about Narimasa 🤔I've been seeing it around but I've been looking away without any information 😚🥳I'll give it a try after seeing @Mizuhashi's post 🥳.
Good evening, @Mizuhashi😊.
I want to drink this recommendation!
I just wonder if I can get the Betsuatsurai raw sake?
Like Narimasa's shuwashuwa.
It's delicious.
I think I can drink it all the time.
I've been putting it off 🫠.
Good morning, Uta 😃.
I certainly haven't seen this raw sake before. The senior who joined us had half a bottle of this left over to take home ^ ^.
The rest of the bottle was left on the table for souvenirs 😆.
Uta-san, the vice governor gave a toast, photographer Mr. Inagaki Yasto, and then a rakugo storyteller? And at the end, Takahara sang with no sound but only clapping hands ^ ^.
If you have a chance next year, please come and join us!
Yuyamanishiki from Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture
Apparently, this is the one that sold out early at the end of the year.
Acquired a 300ml bottle at Yamato Department Store, which was a limited retail release from Toyama Prefecture. Though, it was completely coincidental.
Fresh ginjo aroma and strong acidity. At first I thought it might be a little hard to drink. But the more I drank it, the more I was able to enjoy its heaviness rather than its clear dryness.
Ah, this may be the moment when my tastes broadened.

The unique flavor of the rice is beautiful. It is mellow, but has a crisp and refreshing aspect. It is mild to the last. It seems to go well with sushi. 🙆♀️ It has the feel of Hokuriku sake!
Narimasa Shuzo Yuyamanishiki Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu
Toyama Station BAR
The set of two cups with Wakakoma was Narimasa, also from Nanto City. I felt this one was softer.
It is delicious and has a good flavor ^ ^.
This bottle was recommended to me by a liquor store when I was in Toyama!
I told him I like sparkling wine and he recommended this one!
The label is quite harsh, but it has a sweet aroma full of pear and juicy fruit aroma in the mouth 🍐😋😋.
I like drinks that have a gap 😁❗LOL!
but unfortunately none of the fizziness 💧.
I didn't ship this sake and brought it home myself so maybe that wasn't a good thing 😅💦.
Still, I quite liked it!
Thanks to the liquor store in Toyama 🙏✨
