It is a sake made by adding water to the squeezed sake, letting it mature until autumn, and then bottling it as is. The roundness and softness of the flavor was gentle.

GOZENSHU9 Local sake from Okayama. 100% Omachi rice, Polishing ratio 65%, Alcohol content 15%. This sake is mild and easy to drink. It seems to be made by a female toji. It goes well with chicken sashimi! #Arisun in the wilderness

Sake Nigori produced with the ancient Bodaimoto method, now in disuse, in which raw rice is mixed with water before being steamed in order to obtain a water rich in lactic acid ("soyashimizu") in the fermentation starter, fertile ground for rice and koji to grow and proliferate. This technique is reflected in the product, in which we find a preponderant lactic and creamy part combined with a particular presence of umami and good body.

A perfect label buy. The aroma is subdued, and the taste is refreshing. It can be drunk as a sipping sake without interfering with food. It's not my favorite flavor, but it can be drunk in a variety of situations.

The bottle is stylish! Omachi with Bodhi sake, you can't help but expect more! Retro aroma and retro taste You can feel the alcohol more than the alcohol content. I love the old man's style! It is a little sweet and the sourness tightens it. The milkiness is a characteristic of the brewing. The richness increases when heated, but I prefer it at room temperature. Take your time and enjoy it slowly.

Such a unique find here in Australia. A bodaimoto nigori from Okayama. Rice aromas surrounded by a yoghurt lactic edge underlying with some fruit characteristics. Creamy, fruity with loads of peppery spice. Such a delight!

It has a lactic acid-like aroma. Mellow and dense. Is it because it is matured? Even if the aroma is as strong as sansho (Japanese pepper), it has a good strength. I was able to buy it for less than 1,000 yen at the supermarket, but this makes me happy!
