Personally, this is my first summer sake of the year. It's crisp. Almost water. Slightly sweet rice flavor. I was thirsty, so I drank the first glass almost in one gulp. Good taste.

I gushed when I opened it! Surprise: ‼️ I was pretty much blown away... The whole room smells like booze! ☺️☺️☺️ Because of the freshness? Not just slightly fizzy ⁉️ Well, the taste is delicious. Milky white with a hint of tailings. The fizziness is also good. It's just too good to waste the amount of fizzing. It's a waste. Dry with a refreshingly cool mouthfeel. While firmly dry, the aftertaste surprisingly leaves a junmai (pure rice) sake-like flavor. It also has a bitter aftertaste. It is not the type of sake that can be cut off quickly. I think this sake is very versatile as a food sake. I have a feeling that it will take on a different appearance when it is laid down to rest.

Store Drinking. The color is clear. The aroma is light and fluffy, with a sweet smell. The mouthfeel is clean and straight 👊➡️ The taste has a subtle rice umami🌾 and a slight bitterness. The taste is clear and refreshing. Sake that has a firm rice flavor in the backbone and a clear, starch-free finish in the dry lineage 🍶.
