It's been a long time since I've had a Hyakujuro. The label is summer-inspired. It's a fresh, fruity sake that makes you want to pick it up. It is a fresh, fruity sake! We also compared it with Ko no Tsukasa. It was a good combination. knowledge Rice：Gifu Hatsushimo Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15%. Sake degree: +3.0 Acidity: 1.8

Highly satisfying, even if dry! This sake is clear, dry, slightly fruity, but satisfying enough to drink. The food pairing information on the label is very helpful. As the label says, it seems to go well with anything, even meals that are usually difficult to pair with sake! I highly recommend this bottle for the coming season!
