Super dry baked goods.
It's refreshing and extremely tasty!
And I quite like the spicy tangy feeling that remains in my mouth after drinking it. It's the best!
After drinking at Osaka-ya in Kichijoji
to Aomi in Tachikawa
A self-serve all-you-can-drink store 😄.
The fridge with all kinds of sake in it made me so excited 🩷!
First of all, we started with the super dry Bakuren!
Nice and dry with great umami ✨!
It's great to be able to drink all you can drink 👏!
Although the label also states that it is super dry, my impression is that it has a fruity and tasty flavor. It is very easy to drink, although it is dry with a high alcohol content.
Super dry but not too spicy. Rather, it gives a neutral impression. That's what makes it so good! There is a softness to it, and while it is light, it has a sharpness to it. It has a bitterness, but the acidity is a bit strong, and it is easy to drink.
It has been a long time since I had a bakuren. This time it is a white bakuren. I like the regular Kudokidokutei, but it has a strong sweetness, so lately I think I prefer the Kame-no-i Bakuren.
It is not too sweet, but has a good umami flavor.
It has an ease of drinking that is different from classic sake, and is highly recommended for dry sake beginners.
The rice flavor becomes stronger and stronger toward the end of the bottle, and the deeper the flavor is, the better.
I would like to have it again.
Thank you very much.
very dry (esp. in wine-making)
Super dry ginjo made from Yamadaho, the mother of Yamada-Nishiki, a rice suitable for sake brewing.
Bakuren" refers to the woman on the label,
Bakuren" means "a woman who does not listen to her parents and does as she pleases.
Short review by the chief appraiser of the Sendai Bureau at the end of drinking

The sharpness after swallowing is outstanding.
