I've been seeing "Bakuren" a lot lately 🍶.
It was Christmas colors on this day🎄.
It has a slight ginjo aroma, but goes down the throat clean and light.
Slightly sweet? But then the bitterness comes out and you feel cheated 😝.
I think this dodge feeling is bakuren😇
Bakuren, the end of the year party.
Santa Claus label to get you excited 🎅Aromatic and sharp. Delicious ✨
Bakuren is a Yamagata dialect word, which means, in short, a bitch. That's quite a name, lol.
Damn...it's super tasty! I would like to say that it is super tasty and delicious, but the label on the back says that it is made with the belief of "continuing to make delicious sake", and as I am obsessed with the desire to "continue to drink delicious sake", I am very happy about that. I look forward to your continued support.
Forgot to take a picture which I always take before opening the package 😢.
Beautiful melon-like ginjo aroma. The attack has a soft rice flavor on the palate with a crisp finish. When contrasted with the image of sake with high sake content or dryness in general, I always feel a discrepancy in the image of Bakuren's dryness and super dryness. It is a stable taste. Bath

Drink cold sake
Refreshing ginjo aroma.
On the palate, it is full-bodied with a very strong dryness.
After a while, the taste becomes sharp.
The dryness of the sake by itself stands out, but when paired with sashimi, the flavor of the snacks is enhanced and the sake's deliciousness is heightened.
