At the Sake Tasting Walk 2025. We were served a daiginjo that we do not usually get to taste. It was the last sake of this event. I have not been able to get an exact count, but I must have had 10-15 cups. It was easy to drink and had a refreshing aftertaste. We also bought some chirashi sushi from Yoshiume. This was my third time attending the event. This was the first time there were so many people. There were lines everywhere.

Purchased at Fujihara Sake Shop 100% Dewa Sanzu Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15%. Produced by Mine-no-Hakubai Shuzo, Niigata Prefecture It is my first time drinking this sake. It was recommended by the owner. It is too delicious backslash! Fruity and refreshing. Beautiful aroma. I can't stop drinking it when it has such a sharpness, I am anxious to see what tomorrow's taste will be, so I will be patient and endure.

Purchased at Fujihara Sake Shop 100% Kitashizuku Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. Produced by Hokkaido Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery It is our first time to drink this sake. The first sip was too sweet! However, the aftertaste is refreshing, and it goes down very quickly. I couldn't stop pouring it into a sake cup (;_;)

Registered Sake #1 Dewa Sanzan 100%, Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree -10, Alcohol 15.6 Sweet. Maybe a little too sweet for me. I haven't bought sake itself for a long time, but it is too easy to drink and has a dangerous atmosphere... I reaffirm that there is no mistake with Eiko Fuji.
