Wow, this is lovely. It's not too loud. It gives me a pleasant feeling that I'm drinking sake. The aroma is nice too. You can get drunk comfortably. It's a good sake.
(The "イ" is "酉へん也", but I couldn't find it...)
It has acidity, but above all it is sweet, sweet, sweet. The alcohol content is low and easy to drink. The sparkling sake is especially delicious. I wondered if this was sake, but the name of the product is sake, so there is no doubt about it.
My wife, who is trying sake: Easy to drink. Delicious.
Liker rank: 7 points/10 points
Serve at room temperature to cool down in the fall.
Aroma: Mature and mellow, with a nice aroma. It has a soft mouthfeel.
It has a light sweetpotato shochu-like richness. It is similar to a liqueur.
The umami spreads in the mouth quickly and decays calmly.
It is delicious just by itself.
It is good with stewed root vegetables with tomatoes and taro.
It is also good with stewed taro.
It is a "just right" everyday sake.
Just right for everyday use.
It was served cold. It is dry and crisp. It was delicious without any habits. I think it is a stable dry sake. I have had a few Shiga sake so far, but I think this is the best among them.
I'm getting to know my taste much better.
Mifukyu, which specializes in Yamahai (?), is a sake brewer. Mifukyu makes a sake with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. I found this one to be my favorite!
Aroma: Slightly fruity.
Taste: I like the spread of umami with a hint of sweetness from the rice. It is a good one that does not lose to strong rice. The aftertaste is a lingering bitterness with a hint of acidity that keeps the meal going.
It is also my favorite! The label is also very nice!
Rice: Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Sake degree: +3.1
Acidity: 1.9
Mifuku Shuzo Nama Moto Junmai
I bought it because I wanted to drink Nama Moto (the kanji for Moto doesn't appear...)
Compared to the regular one, it has a stronger sense of rice and fermentation.
I'm not sure if I can tell the difference yet.
