It has a delicious flavor and a daiginjo-like character 👏.
It sounds strange, but it fits right in the mouth.
That said, I don't think it is light or thin.
It goes well with meals and is easy to pair with a variety of dishes...
It's a good drink to go out with😊.
On this day, I served it with red sea cucumber ponzu and bonito tataki!

I don't feel a big difference from Juraku-dan, but it seems to be in the middle of the first two.
The aroma is moderate, the taste is also moderate, the taste is good, and there is a little smell of sawdust.

A quaint sake brewery in Kyoto.
It was a 19 degrees aluzoe. We drank it on the rocks as recommended.
If you dilute it, you can drink it too much.

The nose is weak and timid. It must be really sought out from deep within the glass. When you find it, it's subtle. Some rice, a hint of fruit like prunes or raisins perhaps. Maybe some peach, but maybe that's my imagination.
Palate is thin and almost watery in its lack of body. I struggle to identify anything other than rice, and a dry palate with a short finish.
Very disappointing for a JG. Has perhaps taken the Kyoto style too far.
I prefer many futsu-shu to this.

Odd aromas, but not unpleasant. Quite yeasty, like cider or white wine perhaps. Overripe apples, some banana, vanilla, sour cream. Plenty of rice and umami underpinning the nose, with a slightly sour fruitiness.
Acidity is powerful and tangy. Mostly a rice porridge kind of texture and flavour, with some milk and banana, like a banana smoothie. Once the acid begins to fade, the palate becomes quite dry but with a lingering whisper of fruit.
Acid is prominent, but fine.
