The aroma is banana🍌-like for this sake too ❗️ I like the aroma 😊 It's sweet, but a little stronger on the alcohol side. I think it tastes crisp 🤔. Sake brewed in Aizan is brewed in Aizan The so-called noble sake "Hitosoberi" means to lie down, to lie down a little, to take a rest. The aroma is banana as the name suggests. The Sekizen of old. A long time ago, I happened to see it in something, and I couldn't find it at all, so I looked for a liquor store in Nagano prefecture that carries it. I found it at Bic Camera in Shinjuku. I miss it. It is made from various kinds of flower yeast, and the unusual smell is delightful. It has a strong sourness and sweetness, but it is a dry sake with a touch of alcohol. Is it a sake with a Hokuriku image? Does it make you feel like you're going to get drunk? It's not the direction I like, but I like it for its watery meaning and nostalgia. In this one, I like the pink carnation yeast because it's beautifully sweet. Bic Camera in Shinjuku

We got it for free! I'm looking forward to this being my first floral yeast...! The aroma changes from very floral to crisp and alcoholic. There's also a hearty plant scent. The taste is slightly sweet, then juicy, then sour and alcoholic. It's been about a month since the bottle was pulled, so I think the flavor has changed quite a bit💦.

The theme is "Michinakaba" and the title is Yamane Nishiki and 59% polished rice. It has a gorgeous aroma and deep taste with the yeast of Oshiroibana and Begonia. Yamae Nishiki is very good.

The second bottle of summer sake is Sekizen! The flavor of the air acute ache The aftermath is a bit long. Dry, full-bodied! It's usually good. It's not like a summer drink. I think it was about $1,500 for a #4 bottle.
