Sweet on the palate and easy to drink, but the alcohol taste is quite dry. I think I should have chilled it at a lower temperature. It is so rich and mellow that it feels thick.

Sake brewed with cherry blossom yeast using Nagano rice Hitogokochi.
It has a light, smooth mouthfeel, followed by sweetness. The sweetness is a bit sticky, but not unpleasant. In the latter half, the alcohol content rises quickly and it is very refreshing.

I bought it because I was curious about the cherry blossom yeast🌸. It has a slightly yellowish color and I don't think the aroma is that great 🧐I can taste the rice and feel the spiciness in the mouth, and it leaves a zippy, lively alcohol on the tongue. It's more like a classic and would go well with sashimi 🐟 delicious✨.

The sake sales area is located at the back of the standing drinking area, so it was very difficult to get there....
There was a wide variety of sake, but I bought one that was made with apricot flower yeast (they also had mandarin oranges). It was 90% koji rice, but there was nothing but apricot flavor! It is no longer a fruit sake. It is a fruit sake, but it also has a faint taste of sake. It has a sake strength of -52, so it is super sweet and suitable for women and beginners!
