I received this as a souvenir from a trip to Kurashiki 😆.
It had a unique taste, but it became easier to drink as the day went by than the first day the bottle was opened. Personally, I enjoyed it. The brewery is located in Kurashiki's Bikan Historical Quarter 🫶.

It is dry and has a rich taste.

Of all the sake I encountered in Okayama Kurashiki, this was the best and cheapest. In the Bikan Historical Quarter, the price is based on the souvenir price, but this is a very everyday price.
It was dark but not sweet, very mellow and dry, with a fizzy, bubbly taste, and none of the unpleasantness of aluzochu.
The brewer explained a lot about it to us. I learned a lot. Thank you very much 😄. The person in charge personally recommended this as the best, and it was indeed the best.

My colleague's wife's father is a kelp & sea urchin fisherman! Great 😆I have no choice but to drink it 😁.
The drink was also a souvenir from my boss's trip to the Chugoku region 📦️
I've only had Gozenshu and Kamishin for Okayama sake so I was looking forward to it 🎵.
It has a nice firm umami and a good acidity of arabashiri 😋 It was delicious~ ✌️
