White ball? It is an impression of a cup to drink at home full of rice feeling. Kukai water? What's that? It's a bit like that, but drinking it will bring you good fortune. Thank you.
Intense flavor! The aroma is similar to Takagaki, chocolate and cocoa. Combined with the 19 degrees alcohol content, the impact is really strong! You can feel the acidity even more than Takagaki.
All of the brands from Takagaki Shuzo are right up my alley.
I came to Camisary Nihonbashi to have a stylish holiday. It's a food court cafe with a coffee shop, taco shop, pizza shop, donut shop, and craft beer shop.
I'd given up on sake during the day, but there it was, in a taco shop! LOL!
I've never tasted anything like it! It's a type of sake you don't see very often. It's unique, and you may not like it, but there are many sakes that are similar, but you can always guess what it is.
The first word is great.
It was spicy and delicious when drunk cold, but lukewarmly warmed up, the flavors expanded and the various flavors deepened and tasted even better.
I enjoy drinking this sake lukewarm during the winter months 🎶.
When I compared it with the Ryujinmaru, the taste is similar to the one from the same brewery, and it's delicious.
If you ask me which one I'd recommend, I'd say Ryujinmaru if you want a thicker drink or Kirari if you want a lighter drink.
They are both delicious, so if you have a chance to drink them, please take a look.
gold
Mellow first impressions
Fragrant wood, shiitake mushrooms, onions and fresh greenery
burnt caramel
Slightly stronger impression
Plump and sweet
Fine acidity
bitterness with a hint of flavor
Thick and dry, but cohesive
lingering effects
It's delicious!
The wine is a transparent, silvery green. Refreshing but with a hint of ripeness. It has a gorgeous aroma of white peaches, bananas and melon, but it is deep and has a hint of cooked rice and soy sauce. The scent is thick like that of a real estate agent. The body is rather strong. The sweetness is light, with a commensurate or slightly stronger sharp acidity. It has a bitterness with an umami taste. The entry is crisp, but the acidity is assertive in the middle. It has a deep fruitiness on the finish. The aftertaste is quite long.
