Sweetness from umami, superb!
Recommended to drink immediately after opening the bottle.
Spiciness increases after about 4 days.

I can't help it if you call it "Beni".
I don't know why it is called "Beni" but it was so delicious. It's refreshing, but the flavor is rich and wonderful👍.
But I don't know of any stores that carry Mizuo.

Nearly colorless crystal with a sense of transparency.
The first impression of the aroma is a mild ginjo aroma
grapefruit, pear and lychee.
First impression of the taste is slightly strong
Full-bodied sweetness, firm acidity, and a strong bitterness.
The fruity aroma is rather punchy but not too strong, and the balance allows you to drink it with a sense of rice flavor.
The lingering aftertaste is moderate.
It is moderately fruity, and you can drink it while feeling the umami of the rice.
I like it at a cooler temperature.
It is not so peculiar, so I think it can be used with all kinds of food, but I can easily recommend it for light appetizers.
It has a sourness that reminds me of grapefruit, so I think it would be good with tempura instead of lemon.
Shrimp tempura with salt.
I'd like to drink it with that.
I wanted to drink hot sake, and after much deliberation, I decided on this one!

Here's my rice!
First of all, it was served cold.
The aroma is slightly fruity.
The mouthfeel is super light and goes down smoothly 💕
Easy to drink!
It is very refreshing.
Even though it is dry, it doesn't get stuck in your throat.
It is delicious 😋.
Next, I'll have it hot.
This one also soaks into the back of your throat 😋 Yum!
It warms you up 👍
I think it's good hot or lukewarm.
Maybe next time I'll try it hot 😀.
Maybe I'll try cold sake as well 👍
I got it at Nagano station.
It was fruity, refreshing and easy to drink. ★★★★

Souvenir of a trip to Nagano 🍶.
It is characterized by a slight yellowish hue, a calming aroma, and a slightly acidic taste with a spreading umami flavor. It has a clear, clean taste (although it is described as dry) and is relatively sweet.
