Purchased at Nakajima Sake Shop in front of Matsumoto Station, Nagano, Japan on 6/25/2025. Recommended by the store.
Shuwa and melon-like fruity taste!
After smelling a little of alcohol immediately after opening the bottle, the wine was slightly effervescent in the mouth, and the sweetness and umami went down the throat pleasantly. The lingering aftertaste is a little bitterness. I made love to it and it was very delicious.
Place of purchase: SAKUHEIRA Sake Shop Shimizuya
I was looking for a dry, robust sake and found this one in Nagano Prefecture!
It was dry with a high alcohol content of 20%, so I tried it warmed up and it went great 😀.
I would like to try it again this winter if I see it.
Thanks for the treat â
