I wanted to drink hot sake, and after much deliberation, I decided on this one!

Here's my rice!
First of all, it was served cold.
The aroma is slightly fruity.
The mouthfeel is super light and goes down smoothly 💕
Easy to drink!
It is very refreshing.
Even though it is dry, it doesn't get stuck in your throat.
It is delicious 😋.
Next, I'll have it hot.
This one also soaks into the back of your throat 😋 Yum!
It warms you up 👍
I think it's good hot or lukewarm.
Maybe next time I'll try it hot 😀.
Maybe I'll try cold sake as well 👍
I got it at Nagano station.

Souvenir of a trip to Nagano 🍶.
It is characterized by a slight yellowish hue, a calming aroma, and a slightly acidic taste with a spreading umami flavor. It has a clear, clean taste (although it is described as dry) and is relatively sweet.

Here's a quick rice!
I didn't notice much aroma.
The color is beautiful💕
The mouthfeel is refreshing.
Low alcohol content and very easy to drink💕
Today's pairing is wasabi with herring roe!
It goes well with it 😊.
The fun continues 😊👍

Rice flavor 🌾 is the main thing.
A little bitterness and a little sourness mixed in that gives the flavor structure 🧐.
Slightly carbonated and not too heavy to drink 😁.
Clear entry. Although it is a junmai sake, the aroma has an iso-type greenness that I like very much. The aftertaste is sharp, but not clingy. It's really good, isn't it?
As one would expect from a local sake.
long snouted lancetfish (Alepisaurus ferox)
Quite active opening caution. Let it leak in the kitchen for a good 10 minutes before opening the bottle. The aroma is full of milk. It is very cloudy and shrieky. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes bitter and dry. After drinking, it tastes like milk again. Or is it the aroma of rice? Then, the umami is gradually absorbed.
Christmas is coming soon, so I thought I'd try something a little like that.
Isn't it like that?
A sake brewery in Iiyama. I feel a sense of familiarity just because I've been there before.
