Suppose to be a private label.
Made from 100% Aomori Hanaomoi
Mild flavour, with fruity caramel, which then becomes sharper, and mellows to taste of rice and some sourness. The rice and sourness is more pronounced as it warms up.
Again tried it over 10 days, and found the flavour best from day 2 to 6, then a lot of flavour was lost after.
Aomori City liquor stores, seven stores only, get seven forces 🍶.
Ginjo aroma and light dryness with moderate body and slight acidity, delicious. 😋😋😋😋
Aroma is summer grass. The sweetness is dry. No gassiness.
It is a firm, robust, and delicious dry sake.

Sandesi 800 yen
Nanapples
I bought this when I went back to Aomori for a Buddhist memorial service.
It doesn't taste like apples, but it is made with malic acid and can be drunk refreshingly in summer.
The rice flavor and spiciness can also be enjoyed in summer.
500ml only 3,500 yen Please forgive me as I have no details at all. This is the 20th anniversary of the birth of Shichiriki. I bought it last week at an authorized store in Aomori city because they still had some left. It is like drinking Toyobai Midori Nanako and I drink it with Yakiniku (grilled meat) and it is unquestionably delicious👍.
Royal blue of Nanashiriki.
Sake made with white malted rice brewed Hwasoi🌾🍶.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a mildly sweet flavor with the acidity of white malted rice.
Sake made with Hana-Soui often has a sharp acidity like that of Kyoho (grape), but the acidity of the white malted rice makes it a refreshing sake.
It was delicious🍶✨️
Deliciously spicy, yet addictive with a sticky sweetness like candy candy canes. Dark, hot, sweet, and strong.
Shichiriki" is a private brand produced in cooperation with "Nananokai," a group of seven sake stores in Aomori City, and sold on a limited basis. It is sold only at these seven stores.
It is a junmai ginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 55% using "Hanamoi," Aomori Prefecture's rice suitable for sake brewing, and has a fruity aroma, a delicious rice flavor, and a moderately spicy taste.
Nanashiriki Nana apple 🍎.
Hana-Souri 🌾 sake with apple acid yeast 🍶.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness with a hint of acidity that finishes off the taste.
Although it says that malic acid yeast is used, the acidity is only accentuated.
It is a summer sake, so it is refreshing, but it is a well-balanced sake with a strong sense of the umami of Hanasoui.
I enjoyed it with the taro meat in the third picture 🦑.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
Shichiriki Spring Shibori Nama Sake.
This is the first time to drink Nanashiriki Nama Sake.
This is a sake made with Hwasoi🌾.
The aroma on the nose is sweet and glossy.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the full-bodied sweetness that is typical of Hwasoi 🌾, and it finishes off smoothly and beautifully.
Hanasou is a crossbreed of Hanabukiyuki and Yamadanishiki, and it is a good sake rice that has inherited the advantages of both.
It was so good that I drank the whole glass at once.
I should have ordered a full glass.
