Eikun Shuzo "Junmai Nigori-Namaishu Splash Dry and slightly effervescent with no sweetness and the bitterness characteristic of sake. It has no habit. A bottle was gone in no time. Ideal as an aperitif. It has no sweetness, so it may not be suitable for those who are not good at sake. We had it with sakura shrimps kakiage, oysters and sillago tempura. They went very well together!

Paid tasting 8) This is Ei-kun from the old sake corner that was stored for a long time by a liquor store, which is not on the tasting list. Manufactured in 28.10 Is it 2016? Difficult taste for me 😰 Caramel? Tastes dusty in a bad way 😊.
