It was a delicious aperitif.
The sushi that followed was also enjoyable, including chutoro (medium fatty tuna), squid, nodoguro (Pacific bluefin tuna), clams, black rockfish, spring onions, salmon roe, and shrimps. Personally, I enjoyed the nodoguro and kuromutsu.
