New Year's sake (2) - Women's tears When I went back to my parents' house, my father bought this sake. It seemed to be a recommendation from Aoki Shoten. With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and gradually start to feel the alcohol, and it ends up being dry. From the naming, you would expect it to be intensely dry. It is easy to drink. There are still many sake that I do not know about, and sake is very deep.

[Place of purchase]? (Souvenir) The accompaniment is fukatsu (shark meat cutlet). Dry and refreshing, it goes well with fatty snacks, but the bitterness that comes afterwards is not to my liking at the moment. Rating: B

Third drink 🍶. After that, we headed home in a daze... I asked him to buy me a karaage kun... I asked him to take me to the Shinkansen. I had to touch my Shinkansen ticket with my Suica, but he helped me out... We made it home on the last train. Thank you very much. ☺️

I should have given it to him sooner. 2021 was aged well when I opened it the other day. It was thick and smelled like old wine. It should have a more banana-like flavor, even though it is not this kind of alcohol. I wonder if it is because it is a banana type that it changes to such a strong flavor as it ages. Sorry for not being helpful. Just for the record.

After watching fireworks in Shizuoka, I had a glass of Onnakase, a local sake. It is only released at this time of the year. It has a clean, dry taste with a thin aroma. Lightly aromatic. Modest and elegant. This is good.
