New Year's sake (2) - Women's tears When I went back to my parents' house, my father bought this sake. It seemed to be a recommendation from Aoki Shoten. With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and gradually start to feel the alcohol, and it ends up being dry. From the naming, you would expect it to be intensely dry. It is easy to drink. There are still many sake that I do not know about, and sake is very deep.

Light! Fruity? But dry! Maybe it has a spicy aftertaste! Tang! But easy to drink! Tangy at the end...! I thought it would be sweeter...! I think I like it better when I drink it more! Sweeter! It feels softer as you get drunk!

It's still delicious, no doubt about it. And this is the first time I have seen a square four-quart bottle. The rice flavor of this sake is not too sweet, but has a strong sake flavor. Definitely delicious! It is not sold directly at the brewery, and I was recommended to buy a bottle at a nearby liquor store, but I knew I had to have one, and I am glad I did.
