New Year's sake (2) - Women's tears When I went back to my parents' house, my father bought this sake. It seemed to be a recommendation from Aoki Shoten. With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and gradually start to feel the alcohol, and it ends up being dry. From the naming, you would expect it to be intensely dry. It is easy to drink. There are still many sake that I do not know about, and sake is very deep.

Miscellaneous impressions It has a light, refreshing taste, and a soft aroma as it passes through the throat. It is very comfortable to drink! And the label is nice and austere!

Lunch with my daughter at Sushi in Ginza. It was a rare treat 😁. The sake we drank together was selected from today's recommendations. It was my first time to drink. They used to serve "kudokidote" but they changed it to "onna nai kase" 🤣. It has a gentle aroma like a luxurious fruity melon, and a gentle and clean aftertaste, so it went well with tuna and bonito.

The famous Onikoroshi sake brewery. This sake was created for those who are not good at sake and those who do not usually drink sake.... It has the punch of "Sake..." but not too much alcohol! It has a punch of "Sake!" but it is not too alcoholic and is certainly easy to drink. It has a sweetness that even non-drinkers can enjoy. It is easy to drink.

At a nearby bar. It was the first time I saw a Kaku bottle of sake! It left a bit of an aftertaste, but it was spicy and delicious.
