It’s noticeably heavier than the others I’ve had tonight. Well balanced. Dry. Nice burn. Notes of berries and oak. Bought from Thailand so maybe a bit different than from Hokkaido.

This is the wrong brand it’s from Tochigi from Hokkan. The cheapest sake in Donquixote in Bangkok and so very smooth and balanced at medium chill. It’s actually very close to water.

This is a very rare bottle that is medium body sweet. It was just ok for me though. I passed on getting the pour in favor of something else.
