飲んだ瞬間極甘、しかし瞬間にドライ辛口が直ぐにくる。
甘さはハーブ感？、青リンゴの様なフレッシュ感に黒糖の様な甘さがあり、全てがすぐ消えるキレの良さは癖になる。どんな食事でも合う気がする。
お店の人は1升瓶でしか作ってないと言っていました。

甘くて濃厚な旨み、ドライフルーツのイチジクやプルーンの様な蜜が凝縮された感じ。今まで飲んだことがないタイプでビックリ。フルボディー感があるので食後に飲むのが良いかも。

桃や洋梨な感じ、
数日後炭酸が抜けた後は完全に白ワインと間違えるぐらいの味でした。お米とグレープで違うものなのに同じ味にはビックリ。素晴らしい。

Slightly speaking and very sweet, fruity like pear, muscat.
I tried a few days later, speaking went away and the taste turned to a white wine. Sake is made of rice but the taste was like white wine!! Amazing!!
I got it from my client. It is too expensive, I can’t buy it😅
