Chiebijin純米酒 一度火入れ

Countdown to the national conquest
Oita Prefecture is "Chiebijin" that I failed to buy in the trip three years ago.
The sake that won the "President's Prize" for excellence at the KURA MASTER sake competition in France in 2018.
At first, the sweetness appears with a fruity aroma, followed by a slight bitterness, and finally it disappears quickly.
The taste of the rice is also good because the rice polishing ratio is only 70%.
The sweetness, umami, and acidity are all refined.
It is not at all stubborn and can be drunk easily.
It is an honor student that is also kind to your wallet🎵.
From the following HP
Sake Brewer: Nakano Shuzo (Oita Prefecture)
Type: Junmai (Sake degree: ±0, Acidity: 1.8)
Ingredients: Rice, Rice malt
Rice polishing ratio: 70
Alcohol: 16 degrees
Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight and store in a cool, dark place (refrigeration is recommended)
Delivery method: Room temperature (Cool delivery recommended in summer)

Maa., when you say Saitama, you must mean that thing, right?
I've been storing them in the fridge for a long time, but I'm finally going to bring them out!
Before that, I have to drink the stock which is overwhelming the space of the refrigerator.

Good evening, Maripornu 🌉.
I'm finally reaching!
I popped some, but I was also lucky enough to get some at a liquor store I visited and painted some of the counties.
It's like a torch relay coming into the arena🏃.
